Mitre 10 MEGA Hornby

Made a purchase this morning via click and collect so I was able to use after pay. Straight after completing realized I had made an error and required both the battery and charger! Called the store and was helped by Tracey, she was kind, understanding, personable and more than happy to help. To top it off when collecting my order there was a receipt attached that I had been refunded $40 as there was a price drop! Super happy with the service.

Great place to get everything for garden, painting, home handyman supplies as well as trade, staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about products and there is always someone around to assist you. Garden centre has everything you could want, great variety of plants, shrubs, trees. They also have a cafe and child's play area. Personally I think Mitre 10 is far superior to the opposition and Hornby is locally owned. Plenty of parking with easy access.

Great customer service from one of the guys in the tools department. Helped me find my special I was searching for and in the meantime was able to have the knowledge to help out a child searching for an item and directed them to the exact isle. A++ Sorry I didn't catch your name! Friendly staff and well staffed to help with your needs should you require assistance.

01/01/23 After ~ half an hour wait at Bunnings Tower Junction with no help, no service, and no knowledgeable staff, I headed to Mitre 10 Hornby. A staff member at the door showed me where to go, another staff at the hardware station found everything that I needed in less than 5 minutes. This is beyond excellent. The hardware fitted perfectly too.

Did first time shopping in this store at Hornby as we moved here . Staff is very helpful and friendly. They accept my return and find out best suitable product for me . Specially Lui in power garden is best cheers mate

Love this place. Great gardening section and delicious coffees. It's not just a store - it's destination!!!

Wide range for both the DIYer and trade customers. Store is always well maintained and staff have always been friendly and helpful when I’ve needed some advice. Had one issue with a battery charger for a power tool shortly after purchasing, was quickly resolved when I took it back in. Only ‘con’ so to speak is does share a carpark with the nearby Countdown, and can be bit hectic at peak times.

The staff was very helpful and so friendly. I went to buy some Gerbera plants but they hadn't arrived instore yet but a staff member took down my phone number and rang me later in the day. Great service.

Great store, nice and big so it has a great range of stock available to choose from. Got everything we were needing.
