Great Italian designers shoes, very comfortable and lasting
Fantastic service from the guy who served me. If I lived in NZ I would always shop here 'just' because of him but be careful... you'll end up spending more than you planned... as I did!! Highly recommend!
Yesterday I was served by a lovely young girl named Eva - what excellent customer service! She suggested lots of options for me and provided really genuine feedback and I felt like I was out shopping with a friend rather than a shop assistant! Great service team at mischief Broadway :
Was really disappointed in the customer service I received the other day. I found the retail assistant to be extremely unhelpful and rude. I decided to purchase my shoes somewhere else and this is not the first time I have heard that the service has not been good at the store and in particular the retail assistant.
