Bec has been an amazing support whilst we’ve been preparing for the birth of our first baby. My fiancé and I had three sessions with Bec and honestly, I couldn't recommend hypnobirthing with Bec more! I was really nervous about the birthing process at the start of my pregnancy. The sessions we had with Bec were invaluable. My whole belief system around labour and birth has changed. I am now feeling confident and excited about going into labour. My fiancé and I have learnt that the birthing process really is a team effort. We're looking forward to sharing and bonding over the most intimate experience we will have as a couple. My partner and I completed three one-on-one sessions with Bec in preparation for our upcoming birth. Bec talked us through the birthing process, and provided great tips for how to navigate different situations that may arise. Each session we did a relaxation exercise designed to put us in a calm and positive state for birth and she tailored mediations for us based on what we were feeling to help us prepare.nnBec also covered how my partner can support me during physically and emotionally during birth, giving him ways to be involved and feel more confident which was probably my favourite part of our sessions. I can see us using the tools Bec gave us as part of our birth and recommend her to any birthing couple.

My partner and I attended three private sessions with Bec. At each and every session Bec was so warm, welcoming and considerate of all our feelings. Bec's approach to teaching and guiding through birth, and the birth process is so calming. We feel very set for a beautiful birth and have been able to use all of the techniques provided by Bec to practice for both our birth, and just use them in everyday life if stresses get the better of us. We highly recommended Bec.
