Popped in for a casual browse a few weeks back. Spoke to Mark M who listened and did everything to meet my vehicle requirements. Unfortunately my brand new car was hit after having it for less than 24hrs. Mark and the folk at Mexted have been incredibly supportive through out the repairs/insurance process. Bought a secondhand vehicle here and experienced issues with it for about 4 months off and on. Throughout this, the team were all highly professional, friendly and committed to resolving the car trouble. The issue was inconsistent and difficult for the team to narrow down, which is why it took a while to figure out.nnMy car is now running perfectly, and I feel pretty adamant that not all caryards would have been even half as great to deal with as the Mexted team. Special thanks to Mike and crew for working hard to fix my car! I have a lot of trust in the staff here and am really glad that I bought my car from them. Absolutely would reccommend Mexted.
After owned a brand new Jimny nearly three years , I sold it last Wednesday. One of the best experiences during the ownership was the service and repair from Mexted Motors. I owned a lot of cars, but no dealership does better customer service than Mexted including those European dealerships. I do apricate their professional knowledge and attitude, and hope all of dealerships may have the same service standard and company culture. Thanks Kenny and Michael, I wish you guys all the best.
