Dealt with Mark and Rick on separate occasions there dedication for hoing extra mile for their customers is second to none. Also dealt with workshop manager Kenny re a small fault with my fuel filter, he dropped everything and and did a quick fix to clear fault, and got me on the road again, explained what needed to done for the next service. Fantastic people fantastic service.
I had a really good experience with Mexted Motors. They were easy to deal with, super helpful, and everything felt straightforward from start to finish. The mechanical side was excellent. The car was well prepared and clearly looked after. I’d happily recommend Mexted Motors to anyone looking for reliable, honest service.
We have purchased our last two Outlander from Mexted, purely based on how they have treated us over the years where we have had minimal issues with our first Outlander and the issues we did have were rectified quickly and we were looked after regardless.nnSo this year we decided to upgrade to the newer Outlander and the team at Mexted were all so happy and helpful to help us with this purchase.nnThey have easily the best customer service in Wellington not only with the initial meet and greet, purchase but also over the past 5 years as well when we bought our old car in for WOFs and Services.nnSafe to say 5 Stars isn’t enough to justify our experience with the team at Mexted.nnThank you guys.
I bought my first car from them a few days ago, and I couldn’t be happier. The service from Ryan was so so good - he was honest, very kind and put my interests first. He definitely could have taken advantage of my lack of experience, but he was honest and patient nonetheless. My car was in such great condition, and I’m really happy with the 5-year warranty that they offer. When I picked it up, Ryan put a bow on it to make the moment extra special and took a lot of photos for me safe to say I’ll be coming here again.
I want to thank Mexted Motors for their great service. The process was easy and they had exactly what I needed. The cars are very well looked after and the customer service was great. I’d definitely recommend them.
