Had a good experience dealing with Storm in the service dept.They are a little expensive but in saying that they do a solid job, the assessment was thorough and fair and the work i ended up doing was done fast and done well. Worth doing if you want the job on your BMW done properly.
I bought an old BMW E30 earlier this year, but wanted an appropriate number plate surround for a new number plate. As I walked in, one of their team asked if I needed any help - I explained what I was after and without hesitation, he handed over the surrounds. I was grateful but he was insistent that it was a pleasure. Great experience. I've since taken another car in for service, not an expensive car, and I received fantastic attentive service. Excellent consistent service.
