Mexicali Fresh

Cannot stress this enough. Don’t waste your time. Completely unengaged staff, not interested in their workplace, product or even living by the looks of things. Served by an extremely rude and distracted Indian man who had head phones in ?!. Worst Mexican we’ve ever experienced and the atmosphere was a sad empty space. “Mexican” fries? Which part? Awful. Tv wasn’t working and was on the main menu ?! love a rogue franchisee! 0/10 *edit* hair found in food. Leaving very unhappy and hungry. Yuck *second edit* the same guy couldnt figure out how to refund me by card, so gave me cash, which came out of his own wallet to which I have realised he refunded me the wrong amount. Legitimately perplexed at how this place keeps the lights on

The foods good, I usually get the taco salad as it's so filling. Just wish there a bit more meat without having to get the double meat. The Mexican drinks are awesome, they used to sell Ben and jerries. I only got it twice so guessing it just didn't sell too well. Fast and friendly service team. Don't see the same people much, think they must have a rotating roster or something. Parking: Not so busy later at night.

Before the price to food ratio was barely worth it but now after the recent price inflation they are more stingy then ever. Especially this mexicali store in particular. I usually attend the fitness centers around the place so after visiting this Mexicali a few times over the years, I can really say the quality has gone to s***. The service people look kind of done with their job, they are verging on the point of obvious rudeness when serving and this really doesn't go unnoticed. It is unfortunate because the food is tasty, but coming away feeling like you just got ripped off is getting increasingly worse

Yeah won't be going back, service was terrible! Nothing worse than being served by someone that looks like they just don't want to be there, burrito was slapped together with no care taken at all, I will be spending my dollars else where!Food: 2/5

Would not even give it 1 star but had to in order to post review. Online order to be picked up an hour later, time specified on order. Collected food - 2 x americano nachos, 1 x mexi-fries. On arrival home found food to be completely cold and not pleasant to eat. Suspect food was made up as soon as the order came into the store - this should not happen as can lead to potential food poisoning. Would not recommend at all as a very inedible experience. Tried ringing the store but no-one picked up.

Me and my fellow work colleague literally keep coming to Mexicali Constellation because of Ana! I believe she is from Brazil... She has the most amazing smile/ attitude and really makes our day! Highly recommend the food too!

Untidy Kitchen Area. Trash spilled. No Cups for drinking water. We were 8 people and had to go twice to ask for cups. I have taken pics of the cooking area. Surprised how it still operates. Guy behind the counter seemed least interested in serving customer. Terrible Service Absolute Trash

I usually love Mexicali but unfortunately I have never had a good experience ordering from here. Their menu has refried beans but every time we have ordered these items they come with black beans. Sucks because it’s not what we ordered. Please update your menu if you no longer offer refried beans.

Been to this place a few times and I have to say the service is very poor. You walk in and basically get ignored and the servers act like they’re doing you a personal favour taking your money. The staff need a decent attitude adjustment imo
