Amazing place to stay with lovely owners. Not being biased at all but we were allowed our dog to stay with us and that means a lot.
Units are spacious and really well kept. The upstairs units have fabulous views of Mt Hutt. We initially stayed for one night having driven down from Arthur's Pass but returned a couple of weeks later on our journey back to Christchurch having realised it was ideally situated for a short and easy run back to the airport. The area around Methven is well worth exploration with some great walking and very few people. The hot pools close by the motel are also great.
A very comfortable, warm and pleasant stay at the Methven Motels & Apartments. The ski field at Mt. Hutt was sadly a no-go when we were there because of conditions, but the rest of our time & activities in Methven were really good, and so close by given the location of the Motel.
With a complete family of children and spouses,ngrandchildren and 2 small dogs this place was amazing!nCaring, attentive, proud of their Motels it wasnt hard to enjoy Lesley and Warren's hospitality. Clean comfortable and very appropriate for a lovely weekend or longer stay.We certainly recommend Methven Motels & Apartments.
Wow what a beautiful stay. Accommodation was just so cozy and the staff were absolutely so loving and welcoming I highly recommend book here first .
