Campground had a lovely setting surrounded in bush but the facilities leave a lot to be desired especially considering there were only two other caravans in the park. Wasn’t able to use the toilets as although clean the night we arrived by the next morning they were not usable and not cleaned again while we were there for two nights. Lucky that as we had a caravan we had our own toilet facilities! The kitchen was also disgusting with a desktop oven that was completely filthy! Won’t be returning as lots of lovely spots around Methven! A good regular clean would make all the difference
This Lodge was the perfect place just to stay the night in methven, with a spa bath and sauna available to use. The vibe of this lodge is so chill. The staff are very welcoming. In the lounge area it looks out to the beautiful mountains. The breakfast on offer is grate especially for children also. The lodge is family friendly. One of of the places I have stay were the vibe is so inviting. We would 100% book again.
We booked very last minute but the owners were so friendly and accommodating. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Thank you!
Me and friends had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The place was aesthetically pleasing, with a clean and comfortable ambiance. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The spa and sauna were an added bonus, providing a perfect way to unwind after a long day. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay.
We stayed at the powered campsite for 1 night. The staff were nice and friendly. However once we parked up the WiFi didn’t reach our van, and only worked in the lounge and kitchen which were very cold, as were the toilets. No oven. Paid showers. Location was good and easily walkable to shops and pubs
