The shoes I found on the sale table had a discount sticker on it describing the exact shoe with the original price was $199 / on sale for $139!! When we went to purchase them we were told the shoes were full price and the manager pulled sale sticker off them! So we didn't buy them!! We should have been sold them at the sale price on the sticker! So not happy this time even though we have purchased many pairs before!
Just had to write a big THANK YOU to Julie for her very kind help in locating a present for my husbands Birthday. Sorting out the delivery to Lockdown Auckland. A real star Julie went over and above in helping and was a delight to chat too. all the best & thanks again, Jane & happy hubbie Paul :
This has to be the worst customer experience I have ever had at a retail shop. The sales assistant was extremely rude, basically telling me off for opening a shoe box. I will not enter this shop again. Shame because the Merrell brand is good.
Great brand, a bit overpriced here tho. Very rude customer service, interrupting my conversation with my friend multiple times. Go elsewhere to buy your favorite brand!!
