WARNING: DO NOT use Meridian RV!! Purchased a previously-owned 2014 Tent Trailer in a private sale that had JUST gotten the entire motorized winch assembly replaced from Meridian. The sale was actually delayed as it was at Meridian getting installed. 2 days after I bought it, the gear pin snapped off the motor when I was closing it. It couldn't have been opened more than a handful of times. I was left with a half open, half closed tent trailer. I called Meridian in a Panic and explained that I was only a kilometer away and could I bring it in. 1. They told me to throw tarps on it and they could book me in for May. 2. Doug told me that since I had told him I had bought it, he wouldn't honor the warranty even if the original owner stepped back in to help as he now knew that it had been sold. I guess he had a change of conscience, because after being completely rude to me on the phone, he called me back and told me that they had sourced the part I needed and that I could come in and pick it up. Not only was it a used, rusty motor from 2016. He told me that if I wanted to wait until May for them to install it, they would charge me for the labor as their labor isn't warrantied it clearly states otherwise on the receipt In calling around to try to find someone to install it, I found the better part of those I talked to said Meridian RV had a bad reputation in the industry. Be forewarned!
Since getting our trailer, we have been able to camp all year round! It is a complete game changer. Our experience from start to finish was stress free. From picking the unit with Johnny to the finance department, all of our questions were answered. Thanks again! From Trish & Mike
We bought our first RV at Meridian RV and the experience was grateful with Jenny. She was amazing, patiently and helpful to explain and prepare everything to us. I definitely recommend this shop to others.
Chris at Meridian RV helped us select the trailer that fit our wants & needs perfectly. After our purchase, Johnny walked us through on how everything worked which had us feeling confident & comfortable taking the trailer on the road. Ben & his service dept have been taking care of our annual maintenance & Ben specifically was available to provide solutions with any minor issues we had while camping. We are thinking of upgrading & will return to Meridian RV to help us once again.
Our experiences with Meridian RV have been to notch! The sales staff are very knowledgeable and informative. Their selection is great, with all different sizes, layouts, and options to choose from. They really do make the RV shopping experience enjoyable. I don’t see myself shopping anywhere else!
I took my RV to Meridian RV to have some repairs done to the back of my motorhome, The back panel needed to be replaced as well as the bumper and other items. I dealt personally with Ben, a real true professional in his line of work. Very helpful and was there to answer any question I had during the process. When I picked up my motorhome, I was absolutely blown away on how good of a job these guys did. It looks like nothing was ever damaged. As a matter of fact I think it looks better! They even detailed the cab of my RV even though that’s not where they were even working on. There is absolutely no trace in that RV that they were there working on it. I decided that from now on, any repairs that I need to get done or any maintenance, I’m going there. True professionals, amazing job! Thank you Ben and you’re crew.. right down to the office staff, true professionals! If you have an RV that needs maintenance or repairs, I highly recommend these guys! Ray
Went in looking to change the key locks on all our locks and the service was amazing. The girl at the counter went through all the different mechanisms we could choose from and even opened sealed bags so we could get a good look. We bought a new faucet as well. Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable whenever we come in here. Definitely recommend Meridian RV!
I purchased my Minnie Winnie from Meridian RV a few years back and have taken the RV in a few times for seasonal maintenance and claims. Ben from Meridian has always been my main point of contact and has overseen the work every time I bring it in. He is always great to deal with! Ben has great customer service and communication skills while also managing my expectations and always keeps me updated. Its team members like this at Meridian RV why I keep coming back and its my #1 choice to always to return for any of my RV maintenance etc. Thanks Ben!
I had an amazing experience buying an RV from this dealership. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and never made me feel rushed or pressured. They have a great selection of RVs at different price points. I highly recommend them! Five stars!
My family and I have been in the market for an RV for a long time. We met with Chris and Johnny on many occasions discussing different options. They both were super knowledgable and helpful. We finally decided to pull the trigger. We couldn't be happier, we are so excited to use our new trailer this Summer!
