Sam was amazing, as always. We asked him to help us with our trip given the uncertainties around travel at the moment and we're so pleased we did as even simple bookings became pretty challenging. We also appreciated the heads up on checking details on our travel insurance even though we hadn't purchased our policy through HoT. Would happily recommend getting HoT to help you plan your next trip :

Excellent service from HOT, the only way to do a big trip overseas in my opinion! Peace of mind too should rescheduling be required!

I tried to phone but couldn't get through for ages so end up hanging up so not sure why I got this review to complete
