A very pleasant experience at Mercy Breast Clinic. The whole process and procedure are explained to me clearly. The staff and technicians are superb! They made me so comfortable from the moment I stepped in and out. The professional explanation from the Radiology is very reassuring that I know I can just rely and trust my health with the team. Always friendly and efficient. Everything is carefully explained and even though I have been coming here for years, I still find their consistency absolutely amazing! Practitioners, Nurses, Receptionists and Mammographists if there is such a name all deserve a 5 star rating. Many thanks too, for all the reassurance and lovely care though my breast cancer journey. You are all just so awesome!
From the time I called to book an appointment at the Mercy Breast Clinic I felt in very good hands. The welcome at reception was calm and positive. The person who did my mammogram and Tomosynthesis was outstanding. Its the most pain free mammogram that I've ever had, and I've had many over the years. Also and very important was the care attention by the Radiologist. She explained everything in detail and reassured me as she also did with the ultrasound. The words that come to me about everyone and the experience are: Compassionate, warm, reassuring, expertise, detailed, and caring and of course very professional.
I have been visiting Mercy Breast Clinic for years for my mammograms and they always make the experience comfortable and easy. Absolutely the best customer service. Such lovely and professional staff. Lovely decor. You feel at home and you have a "family" of staff to care for you and you can trust during your visit. I even applied for a Reception job there once.

Amazing service and state of the art scanning technology. Makes me feel very confident I’m getting the best medical experience available. I’ve been going here for several years after a terrible experience with their competitor in Remuera who were rude and made me feel like I was being processed as part of an assembly line! Mercy Breast Clinic staff are the best.
When you are advised to have further screening tests for breast issues, it is important to choose somewhere that has first rate equipment. More significantly, should you require treatment, then you really want the best available. It is a stressful time but take the time to think it through - what is the end-game? I chose Mercy Breast Clinic because "just in case", I wanted to know I would have a good surgeon. And so it turned out.

Have been going to Mercy Breast for the past 2 years. It has always been a pleasant experienceThe staff are always very welcoming. Waiting rooms & facilities are cozy. The staff who do the scans always talk you through the process and try to make you comfortable.
An efficient and reassuring service. Care is taken with the environment, and staff always take care to explain the process and are approachable and warm. Results are given promptly at the time of the mammogram so it is great not having to wait, Thanks, Jan
