Inflexible with the working class who do not have the ability to answer calls regarding booking appointments, refusing service because it's out of office hours. I work in a call centre and because of data security I'm not allowed to have my phone near me during work time. I currently have blood in phlegm and none of this is helping me at all, and I have to take a sick leave, and resolve it in the Derriford Hospital tomorrow simply because I cannot book an appointment.

My partner has been trying to get help for her arthritis and depression from this place for years now with consistently shocking results. The Dr seems like he would rather not be there and the receptionists seem to think that refusing to help anyone is part of the job. This place is really shockingly bad and if it wasn't for the stupid catchment areas all of their patients would choose to go to a different GP.

I am just updating this review as it is absolutely ridiculous that I am struggling to make an appointment. I suffer with anxiety & this is just making me worse. It's become a joke. Had An appointment booked for today & when I turned up I was informed by the receptionist it was cancelled & I should of received a message from them which I did not receive. They did however offer me another appointment for a later time which I could not make so booked me another appointment for the following week. The reception staff could really do with making sure that Patients are aware of any cancelled appointments which is bad practice & unprofessional on their part. I myself work on reception for a mental Health Team & would do my upmost to contact patients if we had to cancel their appointments. I

Never experienced such a lack of care from medical professionals. Absolutely no real duty of care for patience, frankly just negligence. If looking for a Doctors surgery, I wouldn't waste your time with this one. You'll need to be on your death bed of before they consider seeing you, and even then they'll ask for a separate econsultation for each and every symptom.

The nurses are incredible with great LGBT care and the mental health nurse Simon was the first person in years to actually listen to me when I said I was struggling. Only giving four stars because there was a disgusting and unprofessional Dr who blamed my health on me being vegan turned out to be coffee allergy and a rude receptionist said I was lying for meds. Yeah coz antidepressants get you so high .

This place is worst I have ever seen I wouldn’t recommend to anyone all doctors are helpless Really hard to make appointment specially for Foreigner really I have to be professional to use a Technology I booked through push doctor I been waiting for couple of days it’s saying one person before you after 15 minutes it’s saying your booking is expired In last three years all my family hasn’t seen doctors Because we couldn’t get appointment I personally. Rather rent it out the Surgery I’ll make it a nice car wash it will be more helpful than the place now When you call them it’s saying please don’t swear of us I reckon loads of people swearing at them if I had the chance to go I would Best to do when you need to see doctor just go there and seat all day do not leave the building tell them to call police then you may have a 50 present chance to see doctor

I have just been for my flu injection and the service was efficient and speedy very pleasant staff very impressed.

I previously rated this surgery 5 stars 2 years ago. You used to be able to get an appointment the same day if required. They used to be fantastic. This surgery has gone downhill so fast. You are forced to complete an online form and wait for a telephone call, half the time the telephone call is from a doctor whose default information is to read the NHS website. That and the head doctor at the surgery failed to diagnose to a major condition which doctors at Derriford were appalled by. Basically, if you have any form of ailment, read the NHS website, consult a voodoo doctor, or wait it out, just don't expect any help from this practice.

This surgery,practice has looked after me for more years than I wish to say The staff are always cheerful , helpful,and most importantly understanding. I have had a few problems recently and I could not wish for a better service , I thank all doctors ,nurses and all support staff . Thank you S James

This practice is horrendous the receptionist are rude and unprofessional. Would avoid at all costs!
