Teaching and encouraging our local youth to love being in and on the water and to become custodians of our beautiful bay and surrounds.
We are a family focused group aiming to teach children from 8 years the following:
- Skills, safety and confidence in and on the water
- Boatmanship on all manner of ocean craft
- Mercury Bay Mentor Programme (8 - 10 years)
- Learn to Sail 1 & 2 qualifications (10 years plus)
- Fun boat days and organised regattas for our youth sailors
- Support for ongoing training young sailors to become junior coaches
- Grow great sailing ambassadors, ocean advocates, and happy kids
