Aya and Rebekah helped me find the perfect shoes for my work Christmas party. They were beyond amazing and sooo patient. The customer service was unlike any retail store I’ve been to in New Zealand. Big shout out! You two turned my nightmare shopping outing into a fantastic and actually enjoyable experience. Thank you!

Jess was amazing, I felt like I had her running around after me every minute but she didn't seem to mind and always with a smile. Thanks Jess, I finally got the right boots and they are a perfect fit.

I went to this store on a Friday night and Rebecca, the sales woman was outstanding. She was proactive, helpful and I have never recieved such a good customer service. Stores need people like her!

She was incredibly helpful, and happy for me to try on lots of shoes and had great suggestions... I felt like she genuinely wanted me to find shoes I loved and she did! I’ve been to Merchant twice in the last 2 years, High St and St Lukes stores. To say I’ve been blown away with the customer service would be an understatement. Both times the teams in the stores went out of their way to help me after I got the wrong size online. Honestly, thank you. Massively appreciated.
