Poor customer service. I had the not so pleasure experience of being looked after over the phone by Penny, that had a rude tone and instead of listening to what I was saying tried to give me a lecture on how I should have bought a pair of shoes that was clearly mislabeled on the website. Not impressed
Quality products and really great customer service going above and beyond, even for online orders. I was really impressed with my first purchase.
Where do I start? I had such a lovely experience buying a quality pair of boots from here! The staff member, Stephanie, was exceptionally patient and kind in helping me try on various boots before I chose the perfect pair! She didn’t rush me and I did ask to try on quite a few pairs, but she was patient with me and even recommended a few that made my decision even more difficult to choose from. The atmosphere of the store was also pleasant. I definitely recommend not only the quality of the shoes from Robin Pierre, but the staff are friendly and the store environment is pleasant.
This store has been in Remuera for a very long time and I always find shoes here that I just love. They have a fabulous range of stylish ankle boots at the moment so well worth h a visit. The store is always nicely merchandised a very clean and tidy
They had a pop up shop which attracted my attention because of the Ziera brand. Brought 2 nice pairs of sneakers & great service from the lovely sales assistant.
Great selection of shoes and top notch service from Nancy. The size I wanted had sold out and she ordered it from Christchurch for direct delivery to me. I was thrilled to receive it promptly and at no extra cost. I'll be back!
