Thanks for a wonderful day, we arranged our end of year function for today and it was Great, the kids had a wonderful time, 2x laser tag games, bumper cars and lots of time on the arcades... the glow in the dark party room was wicked. special shout out to Niko he is truly amazing. What a super star employee. once again thanks heaps
Booked a birthday party here in the glow room. The staff were amazing, it was all really smoothly run they went above and beyond. The glow was really cool! Thank you.
Nice place, not as much to offer as Albany branch. Kids had a blast but machines kept taking tokens and not starting which was annoying. Staff were really helpful and kept reimbursing tokens etc. Over all good place for kids to have fun etc
Gave it a one star because kids enjoyed themselves. My biggest problem was one particular staff member who kept getting angry, kids noticed it..he was impatient and condescending. Without going into it, I’d be happy to explain further to the owner/mgmt as it was a real issue and I’ll be sharing this experience with all I know.
Came in today with my 9yo niece, had a great time. Staff were super helpful and great. Will be back!
Good visit on a friday night. Bumper cars only 8 bucks, for every ones favorite drunk driving game. Unfortunatly they dont have a liqour license.
I came in with a bunch of my mates and had a blast. Staff were super kind and helpful. Will definitely go again!!
Great fun. Has now become a family tradition when we all get together.
Its great place to be with kids, especially in this rainy winter school break. Kids enjoyed the laser tag and Arcade games. Friendly and helpful staff.
What are your policies and procedures if someones stolen my kids tickets? He was guttered someone had stolen his reciept for his tickets and when we enquired for help all the staff was said was “sorry cant do anything about it”. What is the point of having staff on site if they cant help when incidents like this happens. He won almost 2000 tickets and to have that happen is heart breaking to a little kid. DO BETTER with your customers! Or dont have useless and lazy staff.
