Great quality meat , priced competitively we got marinated lamb chops and thin Boerwurst… if you’re after a bargain they offer great discounts on frozen meat! Love it that you can shop without any pressure and if you have question’s the staff are very helpful…

Was really good last time then owners changed and the stuff I got was more expensive dry and flavourless the garlic biltong didn't even have garlic as a listed ingredient

Fantastic range of things from SA. Very well-priced biltong and the best droewors I've had this side of the world. My usual stop in when I visit Hamilton. This batch of biltong was very salty but its usually incredible.

Not very nice experience today,after being completely ignored as the shop assistant was too busy chatting.The shop assistant was right by the main entrance,propped on a broom stick,talking to someone.She saw me entering the shop,going to the counter,waiting in front of it to be served.Waited for a while but got frustrated when the chatting continued as if I was not present and decided to leave.The shop assistant looked at me and said that can help if I wanted to.Really?Yes ,I wanted to ,but not after treated with a lot of ignorance to start with.Not impressed and definitely not going back there.

Used to be my favorite shop but since the ownership change to Food Culture Auckland owned the changes have put me off going there for anything but supermarket goods, biltong, cabanosi, dry worst have all changed and even meat isn't the same anymore.

New manager here works hard to put on a great selection of products and is always kind with us. Good selection of tasty meat too :
