Half the shops choose their own hours of operation. Food court is 1 stall that opens when it likes and now the countdown has only half the fresh produce of others and a poor bakery

Was pretty nice once, but a lot of the shops are gone and it's turned into a small suburban bunch of shops rather than an actual shopping centre. Consequently good parking!

Great variety of shops and eating places to cater to all budgets. Heaps of car parking available and very convenient for busses.

A mall that serves the local suburb, doesn’t have much to offer besides the absolute essentials. Price of the shops are higher than other places close by.

A nice mall has the right balance of shops & supermarket for this area. Food court & $2 stores, a post shop & others. My fav food is the Malaysian takeaways/ dine in. The service at the post shop is tops & the best I can say. Countdown is superb & staff are awesome great. It's a little paradise for the people nearby & in this area.

Not many shop... but the only place where I can find Bak Kwa in New Zealand.

It looks a lot better than what I remember, particularly around the food area. It is also quite nice how the shops lining the mall also have entrances inside so no more walking around to the entrance.

Need more entertainment inside... Looks boring inside, the only store to keep nice the place is countdown comparing others store

Another dying mall. On the bright side, this mall is usually pretty empty. And there is a Countdown

Tidy little place lots of parking coffee shop was very busy, a clean well lit mall post office Countdown plus a cobbler in same area as phone fixer. Outside a whole host of different eateries mainly catering for Asian people I say this because their street boards were written in either Chinese or Korean again clean busy and presentable I was tempted but the idea of trying to translate the menu was a bit off putting maybe next time
