Spent $50 on food to be delivered after a long day at work for me and my partner. Order was placed at 6.30pm we received it at 8.30pm and this is how we received it. Tried calling but ofcourse no answer. Shame !!!
I am a local and they are always getting orders wrong and not providing fresh food the chips were cold and my cheeseburger was missing sauce pickles and onions, please do something so we can enjoy clendon Mcdz
Went through drive thru, approx. 9pm. Staff were friendly and polite. This is the only reason for giving 3 stars. We had to park and wait for our order. 1 of the 3 burgers ordered was luke warm to cold. We handed that back, and waited approx. 10mins. A staff member returned, with what appeared to be the same burger, which had been heated up !!
Please explain? What I wanted and what I got. Please can I feed this to your parents? UBER EATS has already advised me the orders that comes from you, you must process the refund. OR MAKE ME A NEW ONE. it's so sad to see this branch fail, maybe it's the staff you pick. I miss the OG staff that worked there.
A lady in a black outfit served me last time. She was sour faced, cold, unwelcoming and I suggest unable to talk-she did not say one word during my purchase. Personally, I return to places where I am made to feel welcome and valued. The Barista was the complete opposite, smiling, friendly and personable. More of the Barista type personnel please.
Was pleased my order was correct this time and my burgers were nicely made and the young European gentleman making them was onto it while I watched him make my order. Front line staff and management shouldn't be talking in their own language in front of customers while serving.Food: 4/5
Definitely the service was great, they had to double check if my order was the right one which myself as a customer want. I also didn't wait for my order for longFood: 5/5
We went through the drive through from 10:30pm until 11:40pm. The servers were literally taking their time we could see what was going on on the inside. Could have made us wait in the parking zone while they give the other cars behind us their food but I guess they did not want to walk outside. Very poor service tonight.Food: 3/5
This place at times can have its peak moments we've ordered both in, drive thru and ubereats and at most times the orders were either incomplete or wrong...the staff seem under pressure, the playground is not clean, and no one was cleaning the tables the times we were in there, the upside is the food was ready at a reasonable time, the drive thru gets hammered on occasions and often have to park up to get your order,not a big deal as they shift through pretty quick...DO NOT order online such as with ubereats, 8/10 your order will be wrong or incomplete from this restraunt anyway
It seems that the afternoon staff are always in a rush or something. I have previously ordered delivery a few times where they have given the wrong things.I ordered a filet of fish combo with extra tartar sauce as always, but tonight instead of tartar i got mayo. Tried the mayo and it taste odd like it could be close to the expiry date. Threw the burger and drink away, waste of money
