Playground is small but clean and our 2 kids had a blast. The chicken wrap happy meal was the 1st thing my daughter has ever enjoyed from takeaways so it must of been great. Big Mac had cold buns but all in all was a nice shop with nice table delivery

The team at Whakatane maccas yous are awesome what should be hot is hot what should be cold is cold and besides that the customer service is second to none. If only stores in auckland provided the same service. Til next time whakatane!
1 star. Disgusting service from the drive through staff. Rude, dismissive, belligerent, racist, one girl in particular who had no respect towards the Manager. All staff were laughing or smirking when I demanded an apology . Disappointing and disgusting behaviour. Do better!
