Food was okay. The place was very dirty when we visited. The toilets were blocked and not clean. Service was okay, but the dirty atmosphere made the visit disappointing. Hope they improve the cleaning.
Went to drive thru and ordered two oreo shakes and two large fries. Got to the window and paid then to the next window and only one shake was put on the order. The guy said he will get another ready but I will have to go inside to pay, which I did and he never got one ready. After waiting decided to order at self service kiosk. Also the supposed large chips were only half full and cold and stale tasting. Not happy at all.
Visited start of May; there was an issue with drive through not so much the staff member on it but the lack of screen at drive through to confirm what you were order was correct. When I came to pay I brought up it was wrong and was told the manager would not allow changes. I asked to see the manager but the manager refused to come out. Put feedback in via app but never got reply to it. Which explains alot!! Manager needs some customer service skills!!
Absolutely amazing best cleanest McDonald’s I’ve ever been in staff was even cleaning the seats which I’ve never seen before super friendly and best fries ! Bathroom clean as ever
It's McDonald's they do burgers fast food , took my grandchild she loved her happy meal, toy, burger frys and drink and the little playground. I liked the free parking , the table service and my fish burger. So overall a successful lunch and experience for our outing.
