I honestly don’t know how this place is still operating. This was easily the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had.nnI ordered a Coke float, and the “large” cup was barely half full, with what looked like a single spoonful of ice cream thrown in as an afterthought. Completely ripped off.nnThen the burger I specifically asked for no mayo, and somehow they managed to do the exact opposite. It was absolutely saturated in mayo, like they took it as a personal challenge. On top of that, the burger was cut halfway through for no reason, making it messy and awkward to eat.nnBut the worst part by far was the bathrooms. Absolutely disgusting. The toilet was filthy, the urinal was clogged and full of piss, and the floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages, covered in urine. To top it off, the sink was broken and sprayed water everywhere when you tried to use it.nnGenuinely shocking hygiene and service. I won’t be coming back.
I had hair in my burger and it gave me the number 2s, I usually love going here but after that incident I will not be coming back, I’m very disappointed with the meal, I had ordered the all American burger combo, overall staff are very lovely but food not so great.
Open and good service,has been revamped since last time here.Very spacious and a lot more meal deal options.Has a mini game parlour for kids or the young at heart.
Really enjoyed our kai. Wasn't busy so we had our pick of seats.
I received a dirty/used cup when we went through the drive thru. Only noticed when I got home. I ordered an iced dring to find the inside of the cup was dirty and had curdled milk throughout my half filled drink..nLucky I hadn't taken a sip yet
