By far the best McDonald's we have had. They are clean, not dripping in sauce or fat. No complaints from me or my family.
Not often you come across a McDonald’s that you want to review but I now have a new pit stop.nStaff were friendly and super helpful as well which is awesome.nWas so Nice and Clean! Even the playground which with a 2yro is the reason we stop. First place I’ve come across with a working change table between Napier and Auckland.
Place was very busy at 8pm , was prepared to wait . When we opened our box with our burger in it it was dry , patty had burnt dry edges . The cheese that was stuck on the inside edges of the box looked like it was a few hours old. It was 2 quarter pounders that I purchased. Chips were nice and hot though.
My pet peve is staff not asking what size of coffee would you like and assuming/charging/preparing you the largest cup.nnI forgot to specify the size on my own, would have been great to double check.
My experience was excellent thanks to the Manager, Arohamai lady I forgot your name, heiaha you're a highlight in my day and deserve a pay rise, the order machine did not print out my order and you did it automatically over the till. Thanks for going the extra mile for me. The team on today also gave excellent service. They can be proud to be under leadership excellence. This gave me a great start to my day, Ngamihi kautou.
