Saturday 13th July 2024. Online order, they say they are open today 11am to 11pm. Placed an order Online and 2 hours later still waiting, calling them no answer so drove down and they are nit open. Now have to try get our money back as paid online. This is not on. Post you are closed. No number to call to get money back have to fill a form in ,what a joke
Terrible, ordered online for pick up and the store was closed even though it said online that the store was open and my food was being prepared. Technically theft if you are still taking customers money and not in operation. I will be reporting this. I don't care what the excuse is, do better!nnEdit: They arent responding even after replying with the below message, I tried making contact..... silent on their end, I'd say that's theft at this point.nn23rd July - still haven't recieved my refund which was promised to be in my account days ago.nIt's now safe to say Domino's NZ are theives.
Customer service there is great. Pizza quality is amazing. The wait time is impressive. I love the tokoroa branch

the food is good but i felt bad when i got terrible service , no smile and no greetings to customers. they should know, food has to be nice which is already , but staff have to be nice and polite to customers . Thanks
