I ordered crispy chicken regular, and ended up with a crispy chicken almighty. I didn't realize until it was opened up that it was the wrong one - but it was definitely our order as my hubby had a mcwrap. We asked specifically for no mayonnaise in the wrap. When he got to the end of the wrap there was mayonnaise loaded at the bottom. We are unimpressed. We did not return the items because too much is wasted already from the company, but I feel very ripped off because of the cost of the chicken almighty burger. Can't be bothered with this kind of behaviour - it has happened before . We used the counter to order because of the specificity of the mayonnaise - waste of time.
They left out my boys zinger burger at the drive thru . Not discovered until back in twizel.. yip should have checked at pickup. But not had an issue before with them
Took our visitors and their children and today discovered they got an $85 fine for parking in the car park. They need to prove they were in the restaurant to get it waived. Will not bring any more visitors to MacDonald Timaru ! Very disappointing
Very kind staff! We thought we lost our credit card there. We returned a couple of days later to ask about it and turns out they had found it and kept it safe for us and we got it back. Food is fresh too THANK YOU!!!
Great service, lovely coffee including a very well made espresso. Food cooked fresh - just what we needed on a long road trip.
