had to order at front counter because i couldn’t earn loyalty points on the kiosks, but then the staff member who served me didn’t know what he was doing and wasn’t helped very well by other crew. wasn’t super busy but waited almost 30 mins for my food while order numbers after mine called out first, even though they were bigger orders than mine. the girl who gave me my food wasn’t very friendly either. then got in my car and my fries were undercooked, and i was given a chicken nugget instead of the 9th chicken fry that should’ve been there. very weird experience.
Had a great experience! The customer service was fast and efficient, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The store was clean and well-organized, which made the visit even more pleasant. I had a meal with my family and everything was awesome.nnA special shoutout to the Indian gentleman sorry, I didn't catch his name — he was incredibly supportive and patient, and we had a really nice chat. It's always great to come across people who genuinely care about customer service. Highly recommend this place!
Had to wait for my fries, staff member that delivered it to my car was so helpful and apologetic. Lovely experience then before. Glad to see the team is working on doing their best. Thank you!
Freezing cold restaurant so definitely not a Dine-in kinda place. Staff slow to show up from the kitchen. When we got to our accommodation along the road, found that the Rodeo burger had a hashbrown? Very disappointing, dry meals with minimal mayo, & fries in those teenie wee boxes and 'old' lettuce. No love! Won't be back
The main floor was closed off, Drive through was the only available way of ordering. That was fine. But we were extremely disappointed to see that speaker/ordering system was AI operated and it was annoying to use.nSad to see someone’s job was taken by a frustrating AI system.
