Had a great experience! The customer service was fast and efficient, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The store was clean and well-organized, which made the visit even more pleasant. I had a meal with my family and everything was awesome.nnA special shoutout to the Indian gentleman sorry, I didn't catch his name — he was incredibly supportive and patient, and we had a really nice chat. It's always great to come across people who genuinely care about customer service. Highly recommend this place!
I am going to be very fair here. I do like Timaru Burger King* it is usually very good here. Sometimes they make the occasional average meal. Unfortunately today our burgers were very average, but in saying that out of the last 20 visits est this has been the first average meal.. next to no sauce on one burger & then way to much on the other lol, a little funny but hey the chips were hot & crisp as per usual so that is a bonus!
Ordering system was very difficult to use, unsure what was ordered. No one at counter to ask. Food was cold and poorly presented. The tables were not cleaned and the restaurant was freezing cold. Toilets were dirty.nFood would have been nice enough if it was hot. Very disappointing overall.
Typical BK. The new self service kiosks are a health and safety hazard. They look like they've been assembled with no thoughtfulness. The steel box protruding at the bottom is the perfect height for a 3-5 year old to bang their heads on. The edges are sharp corners. Compare to the maccas kiosks with no such hazards
That was a mess on the tables. They looked under the staff, and it took quite a while for two burgers to come out.nThere's no table delivery, and they yell out numbers even if you're seated
