I have not only had to wait 15 minutes for effectively a cold meal due to being told to wait when i approaced the counter to be served to collect my order which i did for 15 minute and after going back to ask where it was as they wer 20 orders past mine. When i finally got my order i was told they had been waiting on me for ages. So i endured rude and unprofessional service but found out when i got home i had been given a wrong order as well. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food establishment. Utterly disappointed and to be honest pissed off at the whole experience.
This is the portion of medium chips I got when ordering from Uber Eats. It really doesn't seem right. They were also very soggy. The delivery time was very fast. I am confused about why it happened. The wedges we got from elsewhere were fabulous.
One of the best in South Island but they have a habit of making people park up when there only 2 spaces it's quite hard
Amazing Macca’s in Rolleston. Perfect location just off the highway, easy to get in and out. Nice relaxed atmosphere and the playground keeps the kids happy. Always a good stop.
Another poor experience. Quarter pounder patty broken in pieces. Drive thru asian manager - another experience of bad attitude and service. It’s not all about KPI’s.
