This is the portion of medium chips I got when ordering from Uber Eats. It really doesn't seem right. They were also very soggy. The delivery time was very fast. I am confused about why it happened. The wedges we got from elsewhere were fabulous.
Not exactly the burger I was expecting especially when they are unable to stack it correctly. Please train staff to create burgers in the correct order. Looks very different to what is advertised. Left a review asking to be contacted and never heard back.
I really want to acknowledge the lovely older lady who took our order through the drive through tonight.nnAbsolutely amazing and friendly service, the best I've experienced at any fast food store. This woman is definitely an excellent role model to all who work with her and I have no doubt that her kindness and positivity will rub off onto those she comes into contact with. Hence why I have written this review.nnPlus the food was nice tonight and nothing was missing.
Nothing better than a fresh, cold burger and some stale fries at the end of a hectic day. Hard earned money spent… notice how I didn’t say “well spent”? Not sure whether Rolleston McDonald’s night staff are entirely inept or slave labourers. Ba-da-da da-da, i’m lovin’ it.
The older lady on the drive through mic and the staff doing the food hand over, all of you are brilliant and your kindess goes such a long way.nFor being near midnight the attitude of all the staff was wonderful!
