This is the portion of medium chips I got when ordering from Uber Eats. It really doesn't seem right. They were also very soggy. The delivery time was very fast. I am confused about why it happened. The wedges we got from elsewhere were fabulous.
One of the best in South Island but they have a habit of making people park up when there only 2 spaces it's quite hard
Wednesday 3 Dec at around 3:30pm, Rolleston McDonalds’ drive-thru, the older lady with the glasses, she fails to meet the basic standards expected of anyone in customer service. It’s shocking that someone so unprofessional is allowed to serve customers.nnWhen I arrived at the speaker, the ordering screen was blank and I received no response, even after saying “hello” several times to check whether the system was working. However, when I reached the next window, the staff member, an older lady wearing glasses, spoke to me in an unnecessarily rude and condescending manner. She said, “You don’t have to say hello 10 times, I heard you the first time.”nnI was stunned. I explained that I had not heard anything from her, and she replied that she had been speaking to another customer. If she had heard me the first time, it would have been far more appropriate and professional to say, “I’ll be with you shortly,” as other staff members have done in the past and I had no problem waiting. Instead, she chose to ignore me at the speaker and then talk down to me like I’d done something wrong. I’m beyond disgusted with the lack of courtesy, and behaviour that showed no regard for basic customer service.nnThis experience was unacceptable and has left a very negative impression. I expect this matter to be addressed, as no customer should be spoken to in such a manner by any member of staff.
Went through drive-thru before work for a coffee, service was majoritively good throughout, wasnt impressed with an uber driver pushing in the queue but thats little fault with the restaurant itself. Coffee was amazing though, perfectly made!
Best Maccy D's playground in the greater christchurch area . The kids bloody loved it so much i was left to eat in peace. Im still flabbergasted. Would 100% recommend
