I recently placed a phone order with Domino’s, and I wanted to recognize Shane for her exceptional customer service. She was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. Ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni and I got normal pepperoni had the same problem with the Hornby’s Domino’s where they did the same thing and went to complain there but just got a feedback saying this is the extra pepperoni so for this store I didn’t want to go back in coz i ready know im gonna get the same answer, but I have ordered extra pepperoni on other Domino’s like ilam one and the Pizza looks way much better and has a lot more pepperoni on them. Just also wanted to say that there is a weird smell inside the store.
I’ve always gotten pretty decent pizzas from here, but the crust is often close to burnt so maybe the oven should be checked? Staff are lovely though.nnEdit: I’m increasing my rating because I was having a bad day and decided to get a pizza. What I received was this pictured below SCRUMPTIOUS pizza. It was beautiful and delicious and the staff member that served me was friendly and it was an all around wonderful experience. Plus it wasn’t burnt Made me very happy so thank you!
Last couple of times haven’t been great , pizzas have been over cooked, decided to try again last weekend and our pizzas were over cooked again and took so long to receive, by the time we got them they were cold and no sauce on top. Was a complete waste of time and money. Have been put off ordering from here in the future
Old management were fine but new management have been awesome. Happy to help the customer and make sure they are absolutely happy. Would easily return and recommend. Foods great too
