everything was good until the hot chocolate issue ... ordered one and feedback it was tasteless literally like drinking hot water ... given back another one but taste the same ... and their answer was that's how the chocolate taste like so just bear with it  thumbs down  and make mcd impression kinda worst for me at least

Every nightpretty much between 3-4.30am this store will always be having a '"system upgrade". If this is happening on regular basis a sign advising this at the entry of drive thru would be more convenient.

Don't waste your time or money at this place, waited over 20 minutes by the pick up counter for my meal and was stone cold when I finally got it Said to staff you can have this cr#p back and walked out. Shouldn't advertise as a fast food restaurant, should be more like slow food or cold food restaurant Do not recommend

Waited in drive through for 15 minutes 5 cars got served in other lane, lane was clear for a couple min then other cars were served. Not impressed. Normally good service here. Was 9.45 tonight.

Nice clean atmosphere. Service was polite and quick. But the food I had was reheated in a microwave and it was hard and didn't taste the best.

The worst McDonalds in the South Island! Kiosks do not work, cannot redeem points in one transaction and the entire restaurant is filthy dirty! I had to wipe the table down we were sitting at with a wet towel I found on the counter? Rubbish bins were over flowing, finger prints all over the glass doors and windows. I am appalled that this food chain is able to serve food in its current state! The Health Department needs to pay this place a visit and shut the place down. The young person at the counter calling out our numbers was pleasant and friendly - that’s my one star!

TBH just used the toilet as was desperate. Only one was usable.. understand with the tough staff shortage times..BUT doesn't take long to check the ablusions, if there not clean..what is the cooking area like!

We love our Rolly McDonalds. Very good playground is such a huge bonus during rainy days! Staff is always nice and friendly. Food is very standard for McDonalds. No much waiting when order drive through

Standard McD food precisely as one can expect although the size was disappointing.Food: 3/5

Several times I've gotten home and found items were missing from the order. Like thr Triple cheeseburger from a combo. Things that probably shouldn't have been missed.
