Got chocolate milkshake x2 bet had next to no chocolate was just vanilla icecream and milk when we went back to get sorted 2min after first receiving them the shift manager wasn't having a bar of it was almost like she was accusing us of taking the chocolate out of it then coming bk for more witch is obviously ridiculous she wouldn't even take them bk to look at them i should add that this is the drive thru when i tryed passing to her she just stepped back so frustrated at this point and obviously getting nowhere i threw one of them towards her hitting the side of the sliding window and went all over her then i followed with the 2nd one. Now im not allowed there for 2yrs
Order was correct but served cold. Most of the dining area was tapped off with the seats missing their bases.
I recently visited Rangiora McDonalds drive thru and decided to order the McChicken meal, but unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing.nFirst and foremost, the meal arrived cold, which was a letdown. There’s nothing quite like the expectation of a hot freshly made meal, and receiving it cold really takes away from the experience. Additionally the fries were over-salted, making them nearly inedible. It felt like they were trying to mask the lack of flavour in the food with an excessive amount of salt.nI also noticed that there seemed to be limited staff on duty during my visit from till to serving drive thru window, which may have contributed to the overall service and food quality issues.nWhile I understand that restaurant chains can have off days, this experience did not meet the standards I expected.nOverall, I was left feeling disappointed and out of pocket, and I hope they can improve on these aspects in the future. I would recommend checking the freshness of the food and being mindful of seasoning to enhance the dining experience. I had no issues with friendly attentive staff.
Stock standard McD but what makes Rangiora MCDONALD'S special is the staff. Great team.
A clean and well presented McDonalds. Located in an easy to access place on the south side of Rangiora they have a good drive through.nWhat I like about this is that the drive through is open all day and night later in the week. Rangiora goes to sleep late at night with little or no night life. So all the credit goes to this McDonalds for staying open via the drive through. Do check their website for the hours that they are open.
