Having visited Burger Kings throughout Auckland and Canterbury, I have found Rangiora to be consistent with great hot food, with friendly and fast service. I find their app to be convenient when ordering in store, saves queuing at the counter or ordering on the touch screens. Tables are kept clean, please keep up the great work!
I don't think it's right if I have trouble understanding staff with a strong accent that I'm spoken to rudely. I was never rude nor showed any frustration at not being able to understand some of what the woman at the drive-thru was saying... and I was trying. However, the way her Manager, I'm assuming that's who got on the speaker, spoke to me was unpleasant.. like I was a piece of crap and I could hear the seething coming through in his voice. There is no need for that. I'd hate the thought of my elderly father being spoken to like that.nLike I said, I remained polite the entire time and was not rude at any point.nI know two stars is harsh, but attitude matters. Be better people.
One of my best fast food experiences in a long time chick on the drive thru was amazing and needs commissions a raise or something.nnFood was to the highest standard best fries ever and the burger was toonn10/10 ign would recommend
This place is a joke, 99% of the times we go there the ice cream machine is not working. The staff are not friendly and don't care that the ice cream machine is not working. Will probably never ever go back there now.
Disappointing. First went in and told no beef burgers which is fine and went for a chicken one instead. Chips were stale and lukewarm, filled drink up twice and found both times to be watered down and disgusting. My friends number was also called out and when going to the counter there was nothing there only for them to not have started it. Not good
