The food is good. No doubt about it but I’ve come to realise that cleanliness is always wanting at MCD’s. It really has to be improved especially the kid’s play area.
Very bad customer service.nnI ordered Hot Chocolate and they give me just water with choclate powder and when i asked them, they told me that this is the way they serve hot drinks.nnThe drink was not hot at all, just water and no milk.nnWorst Customer service i ever had in McDonald's.
Have been there two days running.nThe food was excellent but on both occasions the coffee was very hot to the point of burning.nI returned to the Restaurant Manager who was given the exact time the coffee was made so the employee can be urgently retrained. I appreciated the way the manager acknowledged the issue and I left with the assurance the staff member would be trained immediately on her next shift.
