This store needs to change their syrups regularly. Everytime I have been to this store, inside or drive through my soft drinks taste like gas. This is the only downside. You tell the staff this and looks like it never happens

McDonald's in Queenstown offers a reliably good experience. The service is quick and efficient, and the staff are friendly. The food is consistently fresh and well-prepared, meeting the expectations of the McDonald's brand. The dining area is clean and comfortable, though it can get busy during peak times. A solid choice for a quick meal!

Left items out of our order. We politely asked for the missing items. The employee responded in a rude and aggressive manner. He accused us of lying and that we miscounted, even arguing over the numbers even though we had the receipt as proof. We were patient and kind despite the mistake. The employee did not treat us with the same respect and patience we gave him. Very unhappy with this experience.

Ordered happy meal. They forgot to include the chicken nuggets main item turned out to be an unhappy meal. My combo was missing fries entirely. Of course you realise once you’re home. 6/8 items in the bag, bit more than human error there, just poor performance. Rung them, told to drive back 20 mins to receive what I’d paid for.nnQuality control on takeaway - no good.

We stopped by for Kiwi Angus Burger before we fly back to Melbourne. Great service and lots of familiar Pinoy Kuyas faces . They have toilet as well for those who need it.nPlenty of car park spaces.
