Compliments to the island lady that’s always on the mic at the drive thru. She was on today at 9pm and ALWAYS Provides the loveliest service. Not once have I seen her without a big smile and I’m here a lot. Love and blessings to her
Use the drive through mostly. Nice and quick service. Kids like to go in and have a meal and a play on the playground provided. Toilets are always nice and clean. Good place to kill time and feed the kids at the same time if neede
I ordered a Big Mac around 1pm today, and unfortunately, part of the burger had a strong chemical taste and smell that reminded me of the grill cleaning solution that’s used during cleaning. As a former Macca’s employee, I immediately recognised the smell.nnIt seems likely that either the grill wasn’t properly rinsed after cleaning, or a cloth used during the cleaning process was still in use during food preparation. Regardless of the cause, it’s a serious concern and has definitely put me off eating at Macca’s again. I’ve still got a nasty chemical taste on my tongue even after 2hrs.nnI’m sharing this feedback in the hope that it helps improve food safety and handling procedures moving forward. The cleaning procedures needs to be seriously looked at with management and head office.
ORDERED A BURGER CALLED A CHEESY CHICKEN. Why have I been given HALF A SLICE of cheese in my burger. For something that has CHEESY in the name I would expect a full slice. Disappointed and ashamed to call this my local maccas. Do better.
