lady was so mean to me in drive through and when pulled up to second window workers were all on phones and no one was passing my food to me. very upset but the big mac had NO PICKLES
I plan to put 2 stars, so im happy with 3 stars for a reason it's said 24 hours on the windows, but it's closed most of the time when I drive past and it's closed early. Today, I tried to drive thru its block around 10.50pm, but I checked the Google it's said to be closed at 11pm plus 24 hours show on the window it's bullshit. I saw the staff group sit and chat on outside at 10.50pm plus early too. Please remove the 24-hour sign off and NOT CLOSED TOO EARLY.
Burger tasted like cardboard, the lettuce, cheese and tomato was slapped on half hazard. Hardly anyone in the store, drive through also quiet. You could tell the staff wanted to be anywhere else but at work. Will not go back again.
Fries are half full every single time!! Have ordered multiple times through Uber eats and Delivereasy and we never receive our fries full. If I wanted size small I would have ordered that. Even in store, fries come half full. Not good enough
Dump of a Mcdonalds, refuse to give you a receipt and forget your food every time.nnGreat managers that never send you the promised vouchers for forgetting your order too.nnWorst presented and service maccas in NZ
