Great service, very clean with plenty of dining there is a private room available with free wifi and song choices on the CrowdDJ setup our food was prepared in a timely manner chips were hot and crisp big Mac burgers were warm with right amount of sauce drinks were cold with the right amount of ice. overall, it was a pleasant stop on our journey
The food was very nice. Came out everything fresh. Very nice customer service.
Nice store but it really needs a clean up. As much as I hate to say it but it needs to be thoroughly cleaned. I’m always amazed whenever I go to the Otorohanga McDonalds. The branch manager is always cleaning, and will always open the door for customers. We even saw him helping someone bring their big order to the car. The team behind the counter never fail to tell customers to have a good day.nnThe food always looks like the pictures, like the team never take any shortcuts and the atmosphere with the music picker as well as the nice outdoor seating make it a really enjoyable experience.nnBy far the best McDonalds in NZ!!
We only stopped for coffee and toilet but the minute we walked in we could tell this place was cared for. It was very clean and orderly, happy staff. We couldn't help noticing it after a negative experience at another venue yesterday Not Mc Donald's.nSo a great shoutout to mgr. and staff. You can be proud. keep up the good work.
