I brought 2 hot honey Mccrispy burgers yesterday, an I was disgusted on the burger. The size of the burger was not true to what they advertise on tv. You might as well ordered a cheese burger. I ended up throwing them in the bin, as my cat put her nose off it. I will not be going back to macdonald's in matamata, was utterly disappointed, an would recommend to other people to go elsewhere. Tv ad burger, an our burger yesterday.
Lovely McDonald with great focus on the local aspect: from the staff to the meat or the restaurant interior design. Highly recommend for a quick pit stop.
The worst experience of any McDonalds I have ever been to! The chips had 3 times to much salt, and the cheese burger might as well been dropped on the floor and jumped on! And to top it off the drive thru old woman hit the side of my car with her cashflow machine. We will never return. Thanks for the crap you served me.
The younger staff are genuinely lovely — hardworking, friendly teenagers who are always smiling and helpful hopefully not being worked to the bone.nUnfortunately, the same can’t be said for the older staff and management. They were noticeably rude to customers, and as a frequent customer I’ve observed a clearly toxic work environment. From a customer’s perspective, it’s painfully obvious.nAnyone over about 25 seems to be on a power trip, openly aggressive toward the younger staff. It’s disgusting that this kind of behaviour is allowed. If customers can see it so clearly, it’s clearly a serious issue.nOnce you look past the forced smiles, no one appears genuinely happy to be there. Food was terrible.nThe ordering booth wasn't working well and very delayed. Then trying to eat and a team member starts cleaning the light fittings and spraying cleaning liquid on our heads and food.
