There's a lot to be said about this place.nFor those who enjoy dining in, the place is regularly clean with plenty of spots to sit. The service you get is very self-directed and the Kiosk machines are the quickest and most efficient method. However if you decide to wait for an employee to service you at the register, it will take time because nobody is stationed there. The food isn't the best quality, it's not bad though. The bathroom is also particularly clean, however it can be cramped and uncomfortable. In my opinion, it's not a bad place to enjoy some food and sit by a clean and modern table by a window and enjoy the view. Even better if you have a phone or book to read. Overall It's not bad.
Chips were fresh and hot, and the big mac looked quite a bit like the picture on TV. Tasted good too.nnThe atmosphere is really lacking, there was nothing that made me want to relax and hang around for a while. The kiosk based ordering might be more efficient but it creates a group of people who just stand about not wanting to interact.
Everything was amazing! We had a MASSIVE order and they were done within 4 min! Food is super duper good and there people were so kind!!!!!! U can pick song requests and they play that song!!!!!
best maccas i’ve ever had. everything was fresh - fries were actually hot like they had just come from the fryer, that’s a first for me for maccas fries. not only was the quality of the food top notch, the portions were also correct. a lot of maccas like to rip you off with half portions of fries, but not matamata maccas. on top of that, everything was ready for me as soon as i reached the window. usually at any other maccas no matter how busy or how small the meal, they will make you park up so it doesn’t mess with their wait times, but not matamata maccas. every crew member that served me did so with a smile and a great positive attitude, especially the gentleman in the last window who handed me the food, i think he was the manager. i will definitely come back here, 10/10 experience. i cannot express how amazing this maccas is.
Wish McDonald's had a proper veggie burger, like Nandos or Burger King. However the manageress was awesome, she made a vegetarian burger as there was no vegetarian burger just a salad burger. She was friendly, accommodating and kind. A true gem Thanks so much!
