Was here a few weeks ago and was very disappointed. A lady showed up after I had made my order, who was in a wheelchair and clearly too low down to use the self service screens waited at the counter for at least ten minutes to be served. During this time there was a lady who appeared to be a manager right by the counter blatantly ignoring her. The customer eventually gave up and went elsewhere where she luckily got better service - one of the workers carried her tray to her table for her. What irks me most is that the next customer to approach the counter who arrived minutes after the other one left, was served almost immediately. All in all I am very unimpressed with the service here, especially in terms of serving disabled people. I understand these are underpaid workers but please, do better

short plump man rude, no customer service ability, didn't say anything when serving me
the place looks very understaffed during rush hours in the weekend leading to a long wait time, and if you go up and say something’s wrong with your order you get glares and judgement. the blonde manager also spoke to me in a rude tone when i told them my fries were only filled halfway.
I like there food there and staff are nice. And this one staff member was very kind to me her names Eileen she is so sweet and beautiful and gorgeous her skin is lovely she is my favorite one there she is the most gorgeous and beautiful woman you have ever meet I love her so much she is so sweet and lovely she was like this to me on Christmas eve there you are buddy sorry about the wait have a good Christmas and I replied you too honey she is so sweet and nails are gorgeous too
Quality of food and service was not par with they charge. Behavior of staff seems they are not paid properly. There was no tomato ketchup in the store and the in-charge seems to be not concerned at all. No alternative arrangements and they don’t tell you prior buying the items.
I was looking forward to having a good McDonald's lunch after experiencing Minions: The Rise of Gru in cinemas downstairs. However, they did not have minion happy meal toy, despite being blatantly advertised. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined..
McDonald Porirua is a busy franchise Service is good and delivery was fast. I ordered Mighty Angus but was told it had been replaced with Texas burger. A mistake ! The Texas burger does not compare. The bun was soggy because it used caramelised onions and the base of the bun disintegrated. It was plastered with sauce so the taste of the Angus was lost. I understand it was a corporate decision which I hope will be reversed. Plentiful parking available
I’ve just had the best McSpicy ever from here, freshly cooked and the juiciest chicken you’ll every get. 10/10 would get again
Opening time needs to be amended, they don't actually open till 9am most days.
