I went 3 times in 36hrs, each time the service was very average. Customer relations was awesome, but timeliness was less than average and the quality of food was crap. The chips were either cold, dry o te burnt and when i asked for fresh ones, they seemed like old ones that had been sitting under the warner. The hash browns were burnt and old. But the service delivery was very friendly.
It's McDonald's, but with a twist. It's actually good, don't know why but Huntly fast food is always fresh crisp and large. For comparison please see my attempt at yellow chicken Thai curry. I know it's succulent and you really want. Stop in sometime, would love to see you
Quick drive-through service. This is consistent with each time I have visited this store. Great customer service from a young fella working on a Friday night.
Toilets are disgusting seems like they haven't had a clean in ages and really puts u off eating here, orders had missing items.nnLettuce in all burgers were brown and tasted bad, we took them up to the counter and just got looked at for a good 5mins even though there was no one in store or in the drive through. Customer service just isn't welcoming.nnWill not be back I'd rather drive to te rapa for better food quality and eating conditions.
It was a dark and stormy night when hunger pains forced me to abandon my non stop run to Auckland from Whanganui, with trepidation, I ventured into the circus line that was maccas drive through. It went surprisingly well, the entertainment were hard case, everyone was happy and I got out of there alive.
