Often very busy as it is on the main road, though not for much longer. As a result there can be a bit of a wait, both for service and for food. The floor plan is unusual, which gives it a bit of a cramped feel. There is a drive through and a kids playground. Access is from a minor road parallel to the main road and it's not the easiest to find. The toilets are awful.
Today I ordered a meal through drve through. Once I arrived home I noticed McDonald's staff had yet again forgotten to give me fries that I paid for.nThis has become a regular accurance.nPoor service. Slack attitudes.

A real push for customers to use the screens to order intead of counters. Drive through and seated areas available. Playground onsite for kids the enjoy. What you would expect in regards to food, however the machine asks you to select your drink flavour yet you have to walk up to the machine and fill your own drink
Better service than in Auckland but the bathroom was awful! The ladies room was under water and the disabled toilet had no toilet paper.
