I ordered chicken, dessert, and a Coke for delivery. After waiting almost an hour, my order finally arrived, but the driver told me he forgot the Coke and simply handed me a $4 coin as a refund. This was very disappointing, especially after such a long wait.
Had our pizzas delivered from our local store in Huntly, rather unsure as to why all four pizzas weren’t hot very lukewarm & chewy and chips were over cooked stale and less than lukewarm.nI really hope it was just the case of having a bad day.
Very disappointed with Domino’s Huntly. Staff were rude and had zero customer service. The pizza tasted bad and the chicken bites were soggy. Overall a poor experience — this store seriously needs better staff and quality control.
Their pizzas are OK, however don’t bother to have it delivered. Pizza was delivered an hour and half late, a total of 2hrs 24mins later from when order was placed. Food was cold. When ringing their store for update, I would get “pizza is already in the oven” with no information or asking my name or order number so just outright lying. Their pizza tracker is useless too.
Hour and 45mins since order was placed online intill the pizza was ready, they were not sorry, they dont care, missed extra toppings, not good enough
