Quiet place... Thanks for the kind service.... Awesome place to have a coffee while working on your laptop. Nice seating with opportunities to plug your laptop charger. Vini has delivered good customer service and having wee chat with me to kill time while waiting for my food. And not forgetting the other lady didn't catch her name who took my order last week on Wednesday morning, so good to hear her wishing people a nice day
Went in for a Monopoly claim last week and was told they couldn't do it. They still did it as the app said till Sunday, they didn't seem friendly after that and I wasn't even rude to them as I come from a retail background. Went in last weekend to get breakfast and was told they don't do breakfast after 11, what happened to all day breakfast. The alternative was pretty much the same thing, also the app allowed me to choose the promo. Again they were very grumpy at the payout and again wasn't rude to them.
Our chips were not hot and fresh. We were waiting for over 40 minutes I went up to ask how long my order was gonna take, and I looked up on the screen and saw my order wasn't up there the lady did my order straight away. So I had been waiting for nothing. There was so many staff working and they still missed orders and had people waiting well over 30 minutes.
Always very good service when me or my family come here. The fries are fresh. Everything is correct and the girl in drive through tonight around 6:50pm was very lovely! Amazing service team
Person directly in front of me doing something on till.No.Sorry.I am just doing this but will get someone to serve you.Walked away to McCabe section.Came back .No acknowledgement again. Yelled out to staff member they where doing a order in McCafe.Still no eye contact.Finally one of staff saw me still standing waiting.Came to serve.I admit she gave me excellent service.Five stars to her.Friendly and efficient and with a smile.Other staff still just standing there doing what they are doing on till.Not one manager said another either.Just left it to this one girl serving me.
I’ve been eating here for years but always forget to review them. These guys make the best quarter pounder out of all the McDonald’s I’ve been to. Juicy, not over cooked and well seasoned.
Me and my son always use drive thru , sometimes we dine inside but even dou we love coming here , closer to where we live and great service in and out . Highly recommend this place.Food: 5/5
