Maungahina Stud was established in 1907 .The oldest Hereford stud in New Zealand.We breed Herefords,Charolais and Speckle Park cattle .We hold two on farm Auctions (oldest in Australasia),Two year old bull sale in June and a yearling bull sale in October ,selling around 120 bulls in total.We hold the New Zealand Record for a hereford bull at $80,000 and a all brteeds record of $28,000 for a heifer.
