Our van was unreal! Got quite attached. We took quite the journey in 10 days and it was a blast! The absolute BEST way to enjoy all of the south island. As well, absolutely wonderful customer service from Christopher at THL. He was super welcoming as soon as we arrived and catered to any concerns we raised when returning the van and even though the concerns were very minor, he was so lovely about our feedback. The return process was super swift and smooth also and in addition, the airport shuttle was so kind to drop us off directly to our hotel! We very much look forward to our return trip, hopefully in the near future!
We booked the Maui Elite 2 Berth and it was just brilliant. Really new Mercedes Sprinter and everything in really good condition. We had superb two weeks!
many thanks to all the team. after 38 days in a Mercedes' sprinter motorhome, I can clearly say on word - AWESOMEnPros:n1. very good car in terms of mechanic status, reliability, comfort to drive 4,000 kmn2. very good phone support on technical issues.n3. when a problem arise e.g. the adBlue sign appeared on the driver front panel, I purchased the fluid and paid.nWithin less than 24 hours , they sent me the full payment.n4. Comfort for sleeping and even - taking shower or using the toilette and I'm a big guy, more than 100kg....nnCons:n1. The car should be checked carefully before delivery to a customer. the water drain was poor and it took more than 2 weeks !! to sync with a plummer. once he arrived, he immediately solved it, I didn't pay anything.nnbottom line, it's worth taking the value and cleaning packs
Amazing experience renting the camper-van Maui. It was in perfect conditions, comfortable and with everything we need for our road trip. We want to highlight the great costumer service we had and specially we want to thanks Carolina who not only explain us all about the camper van but also help us with itinerary ideas and recommendations and had the best attitude and smile!! She was really welcoming and helpful and made the pick up and drop off a very easy process.
