All the way with our camping van is nice. When we returned our camping van, we met Katie. She got a nice service to us. We really thanked for her and hoped to come to NZ again soon.
I had a very disappointing experience with this campervan rental service.nDuring our journey, we encountered multiple issues: the ventilation fans were malfunctioning, and the sink was not working at all.nnWhat made matters worse was the customer service. I reached out to them via email three times, providing both my booking and vehicle numbers, but none of the staff seemed to know anything about our vehicle type or its facilities. As a result, we received no helpful solutions to our problems.nnOverall, the lack of knowledgeable support during our trip was unacceptable. I expected much more from a rental service, and I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
Great Service on Pick Up and excellent service on drop off. Federico was excellent to deal with and very professional.nThe Fiat Laika camper was by far the best designed we have ever experienced and we have hired 10+ campers before. Plus it drives like a Car - Highly recommend.
We hired a campervan in Christchurch for 9 days. We had a great time even in cold winter. We got Richie helped us when check in. He explained how to operate the van and answered all our questions. The campervan is around 2 years old and in good condition. everything works. We did have some questions while on the road, Richie helped us promptly even in the evening and weekend. It made our whole journey much easier. The return process also quite smooth with Richie. Thank you Richie for your help excellent service. I would recommend this place to our friends.
The overall experience was really good. Everything was smooth and surprisingly quick. When we arrived there was quite a lot of people before us but in about 10 minutes we were already shown to our camper van. While waiting we were able to use a small coffee/tea bar which made the waiting much more pleasant. Rebecca was super nice, polite and explained everything well. We will definitely come back
