I had Fish fillet Bao, Crispy Chicken Bao and Fried rice at New market. Bao was juicy, tender and delicious so far the best one in town. Fried rice was good too with proper amount of veges and flavour.
Ordered the pork xialongbao which was quite good. Pastry could be better, but the filling was quite nice with plenty of soup. The spicy beef noddle soup was also good, in particular the noodles which had a good texture. Plenty of sichaun pepper to numb the tongue too, but not too spicy hot.
Food tasted really good - but, really didn't feel well after all night.
$11.9 for 4 tiny little table tennis ball? The flour is not well made, if it’s really hand made, the maker must have soft and gentle hands, which cannot make solid and elastic flour bun.
I ordered Siomai and Open Bao chicken which was impressive. It was the best I've tried so far. Although the food serving can take long.
