Its aitenNegatives: A bit expensive for a standard pool and the prices to use the bomb pool, aqua gym and hydroslide all added up are a bit over the top. There should be packages instead of charging for each feature. No cafe or outside food allowed so you have to eat lunch elsewhere, hardly any POOL features like back in the day tbh. The bottom of the pools were dirty and the sides of the pools also.nPositives: The workers are nice, easy to get around, spacious changing rooms, kids still enjoyed the swim for sure, the steaming room was a fave of mine. I did like the lap pool because it felt clean and cool water but free swimming is not allowed in there. I used the lap pool during the aqua gym when my kids were on it.

The person on the counter doesn’t seem to welcoming for the new joiners. Very rude and unfriendly. The only thing she did was like a robot and said everything is online and we don’t have any pamphlets. Seems like they lack customer service or the person is being judgemental. No eye contacts when communicating information. The prices are high too. Please go if you want to get humiliated. None of the staff there seem happy and the overall impression of the place is not great!! Seen much better pools and people and their customer service.

Great facility, great staff. Indoor and outdoor pools. Slide, kids pools, wave pool, lane pools, aqua run, sauna, spa and steam room. Clean facilities and have food and drinks available to. Close to Papakura shopping center.

Absolutely blown away! Do the staff even work or do they get paid to stand there talk a lot of shit and kick kids out who haven’t done anything? My little sister and her mate got verbally abused yesterday basically stepped out by a grown lady over a damn vape where were the staff when she was yelling at them? I get it ain’t no day care but what exactly were yous doing? The lady on reception needs to fix her damn attitude too

Not too bad a pool. Great for the kids. Has a wave pool, a hydro slide, showers, kids lessons, lap pool, lazy pool, sauna, steam room and spa. There are no diving pools. From time to time, they let you jump off the deep section which is really cool of them.nStaff are great and friendly. Awesome bunch of peoplennPricing is reasonable. Changing rooms are pretty good. Over all not a bad place to go! Lots of choice. Downside is when it gets busy, it gets very very busy and can get cramped quite quickly
