Was trying to get a casual booking but the website seems unclear, so rang the number and left a message. Someone rang back which was great, but the gentleman does not seem to care if we're able to navigate the booking system and registering ourselves as members. Was happy to pay up front for our booking if only the service through the phone was acceptable, but the service does not warrant us playing there. Would rather drive further to play.nnYou can do better, guys!

Absolutely pathetic experience with All Stars Badminton Club.nnThe communication and customer service were absolutely horrible. We were spoken to rudely and refused the opportunity to play because of our “badminton shoes”.nnThe biggest joke is that I have played here 15+ times wearing the exact same shoes and nobody has ever had an issue with them. Suddenly, today they decide the shoes are not allowed because they supposedly leave marks on the court. If that was actually a rule, why was it never communicated to us during the previous 15+ visits?nnYou can’t just let customers use the same shoes repeatedly and then suddenly make up/enforce a different standard when they turn up to play. At the very least, communicate your rules clearly instead of wasting people’s time and then treating them like they’re the problem.nnThe attitude from staff was honestly disgusting. There was absolutely no attempt to communicate properly or find a reasonable solution.nnAfter playing here so many times, this experience has completely changed my opinion of the club. Terrible communication, terrible customer service and an absolute waste of time. Would not recommend this place to anyone.nnOwner dm’d me on personal number asking me to remove review threatening legal action. Lol

Terrible customer experience — would not recommendnI joined this club because I wanted a place for my family to enjoy badminton together. Unfortunately, the management style made the whole experience extremely frustrating.nThe owner seems to focus more on controlling customers than providing good service. During the first month of membership, every booking required extra checking, including showing up early for shoe inspections. It felt like members were treated as people who could not be trusted.nThe “account holder must be present” rule is one of the most unreasonable policies I have ever experienced at a badminton club. I bought a family membership, but when I travelled overseas, my children used the booking. The owner knew they were my children, yet he still locked my account and stopped me from booking courts. I lost the remaining months of my paid membership because of this rigid rule.nAnother concern is the requirement to upload personal identification documents such as an ID card or driver licence when creating an account. For a badminton club, collecting such sensitive personal information is a serious matter. Customers should be clearly informed about how this information is stored, protected, who has access to it, and how long it is kept. Unfortunately, there was no clear explanation provided, which raised concerns about privacy and data handling.nOn top of this, CCTV appears to be heavily used to monitor customers — checking who is playing, who is watching and whether every rule is followed. A badminton club should be a place where people enjoy playing, not a place where customers feel constantly watched.nIt is surprising that despite having many courts available, there are often empty courts, while other badminton clubs nearby are consistently busy and fully booked.nHaving many courts does not make a successful club. Respecting customers, building trust and providing good service do.nAfter this experience, I would rather travel further and play somewhere else.

Had an awesome time playing at this badminton center with a group of friends—it was exactly what we were looking for!nnWe booked a session around 5:30pm and were pleasantly surprised to find the place almost completely empty. It felt like we had the whole space to ourselves, which made the experience even better. No waiting around, no crowds—just pure game time.nnThere were plenty of courts available, and they were all really well-maintained. The floors were clean, the lines were clear, and the lighting was bright without being harsh. You can tell the place is kept in good condition, which makes a big difference when you’re trying to have a solid game. It definitely meets the standard of what you’d want in a proper badminton court—nothing flashy, just reliable, clean, and ready to play.nnThe vibe was chill and low-key, which was perfect for our group. We were able to just focus on playing and enjoying ourselves without distractions. It’s the kind of place you’d want to come back to regularly—whether you’re a casual player or just looking for a fun and easy way to stay active with friends.nnIf you’re after a simple, high-quality, and stress-free place to play badminton, I’d definitely recommend checking this place out. Great value, great condition, and a great time all around. We’re already planning our next session here!

We play casually and booked a court & paid for two pairs of shoes.Three people had shoes and one non player.nThe staff member tried to say one of the shoes wasn’t correct but showed him clearly that they were.nProceeded to walk to the court where we were stopped by Another staff member insisting the NON player hire badminton shoes! I explained they weren’t playing and suggested they leave their shoes at the counter you pick them up after playing and wear their socks! They reluctantly agreed.nWe have been playing casually for two years and the customer service in Non existent! A greeting and a smile does not happen there. They make it Very Difficult and going by the number of Bad reviews over time things have not improved!nA RELUCTANT 1 star
