Amazing centre in the heart of Flatbush/ Botany. They’ve upgraded it recently and added a few more courts and always keep the facility clean. The staff are friendly and we’ve always enjoyed our time there.

Booked a week ago immediately after our game at the counter. Turned up a week later and was told there wasn't a booking. No refund and person working there not helpful at all.

The staffs here have terrible customer service, especially the manager. When inquiring about a particular thing such as the memberships, they tell me to read the details online rather than them giving me an explanation. They give very brief answers when inquiring. Just overall poor communication with the customers.

Place mostly busy and concern is parking space specifically during peaks.

Absolutely no customer service and very bad communication. First, the roof of the courts is too low, many lifts touch the roof and bounce back, no standard high clear can be made. Second, the buffer areas around the courts are too small, when other people going by there is a huge chance of crashing with the players. Third, the roof reflects great amounts of light so it is not too easy for players to trance the shuttle if it is fast. The most important is that the staff of reception know nothing about how to communicate with customers. When two of us saw other people playing on unbooked courts, we thought it is allowed here for customers and did the same thing, but instead of communicating with us the staff just flashed the light on our own court while the other people we saw doing this were still allowed. It is pretty annoying when the light flashes when you try to seize a good opportunity of attacking, and, being treated differently. Can the staff speak English? Can he just say one simple sentence if it’s not allowed? You guys get lots of service training to do. Btw, do the images of Lin Dan and Taufik Hidayat and others on your website get authorized cuz it is a commercial website. Pretty disappointing and won’t come to and won’t suggest other people to come to this court anymore, unless you guys start to know how to respect people, how to treat people equally.
