One of their drivers was idling in a handicap ramp spot. Being handicapped myself and parked next to him, I notified him that this was illegal and an accessibility issues. He ignored me. When I called Marshall Taxi about this, they were very unhelpful. Do better guys.

I love this taxi service, I usally have a grest experience. But my driver this morning was rude and on top of that sounded like he was sick! I am not happy with this drivers service.
Good luck getting this company to pick you up was freezing cold outside would've tipped the driver $20 but closed too early.
Called and set time for 11:40 for someone else to go to work and they got here at 11:39 and I watched the driver 3 separate times stop and almost drive off in just a single minute. Rather ridiculous if you ask me, so just dont be 2 minutes late or you probably won't have a ride.
Incredibly horrible. Said they would be there in 10 minutes. I waited for 45 minutes and no taxi showed up. I ended up walking home 3 miles. Would not recommend to anyone in marshall mn. Walking is much faster. They never even called to say they would take a while longer. Horrible service. Please close your business because it is garbage. Will not use use this service again and I recommend nobody else gives them service because you will be very dissappointed.
Been a very consistent customer that tips 50% and am WALKING miles to home right now. So that should say how worthless this business is! Not even worth a quarter of a star!!!
Good friendly service . And for the cry baby's eating tidepods hush up you don't call at 1am and expect them to drop everything so u don't have to walk five minutes .
