Marsden Estate

The food here is really good and we felt like we got value for money. The staff were attentive, efficient and friendly. They allow dogs and there were a few around that were well controlled. Had a stroll through the vineyards. A great spot!

Our experience was interesting. Upon entering, the hostess was not very welcoming when we explained we didn't have a booking for lunch but rather wanted to try the wine tasting option. Unfortunately they don't have any chairs for this option, so you stand at the pay station table for the whole experience. Thanks to the manager, Sera, who made up for the awkward atmosphere with her expert knowledge and wonderful personality. We bought the Muscrat and Pinos Gris but would have enjoyed a seated and more self paced wine tasting experience as we felt rushed to finish the glass as it was poured.

Had a fantastic experience here for lunch. Ordered the antipasto platter to share as an entree and it was one of the best platters we've ever had. Great variety of cheeses, charcuterie and condiments, very tasty and beautifully presented. Enjoyed the mains just as much, nicely plated and delicious. Portion sizes were perfect for us. Service was attentive, friendly and despite the restaurant being busy we didn't have to wait long for drinks or meals. Highly recommend, would definitely go back again.

AMAZING place to visit when you're in the area. The best vineyard in Kerikeri. We came for a wine tasting and platter and were greeted by a big friendly sleepy dog at the front gate. Already that's rive stars for me. We then moved on to some wine tasting. They have a good but not intimidating range of wines to taste which are tasty, even for someone who doesn't know wines very well. The people taking the tasting were very charismatic and fun. We were told our platter is ready so moved on to the beautiful and tranquil outdoor area covered with vines and plants. It overlooked a beautiful pond. The platter was amazing and so big. There was such a range of food on it and it was all delicious. During our stay we were greeted by two friendly dogs who wandered around outside. Can't wait to go back!

Very delicious food from a menu with a large range made up of really fresh ingredients. Attentive staff and yum wines also.

Cindy and team were outstanding despite being fully booked, the service was faultless. Food was delicious and wine experience was amazing. Thanks to their Winemaker, enjoyed all Marsden Estate wines. Worth the visit for wine tasting or dining or both.

Great winery. I love that they offer both breakfast and lunch. Lots of seafood options. We had oysters and they were fresh and yummy. The tuna salad was great too.

We went in for a family birthday bash. It was awesome. Booked it in advance so got a really good table but I think all the outside tables are nice. The weather was on our side so made the experience even better. Very delicious food and the dessert was top notch. There were 8 of us so we got a variety of food and tried everything. Loved their steak dish and lamb dish. The BAO bun for entree was a topper and creme brulee for dessert was the bomb. Will definitely be back for more
