There are a large number of companies, big and small with a marketing itch that needs to be scratched each and every day. Some companies have endless resources to make this happen, and some of them need to find resource for a specific point in time. We can help.

We live in a country with rich abundance and creativity. We punch above our weight and we get things done. Kiwis are encouraged to get out and 'give it a go'. Well that's what our freelancers and contractors do. And they are at the top of their game.

I filled out the online form and said I was ready to hire a marketer, they set up a zoom call with me, I had to take time out of my workday, just for them to arrive at the same answers that were arrived at on the form, then a second zoom call was set up with someone else, and asking me emotionally charging questions, and judging me based on my reaction to it, which is completely ridiculous, it’s been three weeks now, and I still have not spoken to a marketer! Sick of waiting I posted on upwork for a paid social media marketer, and already have meetings set up with several specialists.
We reached out to MarketerHire last year to help us fill our need for marketing help. We're in a niche industry, and finding qualified individuals with the right expertise has been difficult. However, after several conversations with our MarketerHire expert, we found the perfect marketer with the right expertise and a great culture fit! MarketerHire has been a huge value add for us. As a founder, one of the hardest things is finding the right talent. It takes time, effort and it doesn't always pan out. MarketerHire is like the fairy godmother of marketing hires - great people, vetted and specifically fit to your niche. We've had such a great experience with them, we're already on our second talent. We needed a part-time Email Marketer. MarketerHire did a great job collecting our requirements and vetting the candidates. We chose the first candidate they presented! She was a fantastic match for us. We started using the service 6 months ago and it help us to scale our email marketing tremendously. The process was easy and fast. This is a great source to scale in marketing areas that are beyond your comfort zone.
Earlier this year I needed a brand manager and did not have the expertise on staff. I reached out to MarketerHire and let Ashley there know what we needed. She was a great listener and even added some helpful direction. A few days later she came back with a suggested match. We interviewed the brand manager she recommended and loved him. We have been working with him for nearly 8 months now and he is like one of the full-time team, and we are on track with our launch this year. Overall, very positive experience! As a smaller startup, this was a great option for us to source specific experts in the industry. Our account manager was extremely timely with finding us candidates to interview and seamlessly managed the onboarding process along the way. All of our marketers were amazing! Very useful tool if you don't have resources internally.
