First of all I don't write many reviews. You have to be exceptional to get my five stars. Mark and his team is beyond exceptional. I was assisting my elderly mother selling her condo. Mark was phenomenal! Mark and Brooke were able to help me sell the condo quickly even with HOA issues. They were efficient, thorough, and helpful throughout the entire process. Mark's has a well oiled team. You should think twice if your agent do not have a team because real estate transaction need a team, Mark Charlesworth's team. I highly recommend Mark to anyone.I will continue to work with them in the future, Mark is my real estate agent for life!

My father passed away and I was made executor of his estate. Mark approached me with an amazing offer to sell my father’s house but I was already speaking to another realtor at the time. I took Mark’s offer to that realtor and was told he could match everything Mark was offering. MONTHS and several broken promises later, I realized the other realtor couldn’t provide me with what Mark and his team would. My only regret is not choosing Mark & Brooke much sooner. Brooke has been my saving grace amongst all this chaos and I couldn’t have done it without her. This team is absolutely amazing and I know I have a realtor for life now.

I sold my house using the Mark Charlesworth team and they were fantastic. My house was particularly difficult to sell due to the location, yet the team work hard to get the job done. It was a pleasure to work with Brooke and the full team behind the scenes. I bought a house in Portland through Mark Charlesworth Team and let me tell you they are the real deal. My agent was Natalie Rodriguez. She was incredibly responsive and communicative throughout the process. She showed me lots of houses on her own searches and also any houses I suggested. I found a great deal, and through the closing she was very helpful with inspections, negotiations and even finding contractors to do some initial work after closing. Alexis Kooyman, a seller's agent on Mark's team, assisted the process greatly and helped me with showings, searches, and scheduling. This team is great!

My mother recently passed and I needed help with selling the Estate house. Mark's team of learned, helpful, and just extremely nice talent walked me thru all the process' in order to accomplish this. They answered all of my questions succinctly and quickly while explaining them in a way I could understand without feeling patronized or uneducated. They included in me in all decisions and gave me the information I needed to make them decisively, correctly, and quickly.
